We have an active patient participation group at our practice.
Helping shape Botolph Bridge
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is made up of registered patients who work in partnership with the practice to help improve the services we provide.
The group gives patients an opportunity to share their views, provide feedback and contribute ideas that help us develop and improve the care we offer. We value the opinions of our patients and believe that working together helps us deliver services that meet the needs of our community.
What does the PPG do?
The Patient Participation Group works with the practice to:
- Share patient feedback and experiences.
- Discuss ideas for improving services.
- Provide a patient perspective on proposed changes.
- Support health promotion and practice initiatives.
- Help strengthen communication between the practice and our patients.
*Please note that the PPG is not able to deal with individual medical concerns or complaints.
Who can join?
Any patient registered with Botolph Bridge is welcome to join our Patient Participation Group.
We are keen to recruit members from a wide range of ages, backgrounds and experiences so that the group reflects the diverse community we serve.
