You can order your repeat prescription in a variety of ways:
- Calling us from 12pm – 2pm Monday to Friday
- Ordering in person at the Surgery reception desk after 10am
- Dropping off the prescription side slip into our prescription box just inside our front door
- If you have your prescriptions delivered by the pharmacy they can request on your behalf
- Ordering your prescription using online access. You will need to register before you can use this service.
Please allow two to three working days (48 – 72 hours) to process your repeat prescription.
*Please note over bank holiday periods please request your medications early to avoid delays
Medication review
The Willow Tree Surgery will make contact with the Patients who need an annual review we will do this via SMS text, email , telephone or via letter
The review will be a Healthcare assistance in the first instance and then a review seven days later with a clinician/ Pharmacist this can be via telephone or Face to face dependant on the results.
