Please do not contact the NHS to get a Covid-19 vaccine. You will be contacted when it is your turn. Please help us to keep our phone lines open for those who need it most. Thank you for your patience.
Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality of health care services through our team of health care professionals. Patients will be treated confidentially and with courtesy. We welcome your comments and suggestions on the services we provide. Please contact our Patient Liaison officer Cathy Morris who will ensure any query or complaint is dealt with immediately.
We run all our surgeries by an appointment only system. Appointments can only be booked on-line or by telephone.
Our normal appointment times are:
Monday to Friday 8.30 – 12.00 and 3.30 – 6.00
As well as offering extended access every Thursday evening at the surgery, our patients can book evening and weekend appointments for a range of services, including routine GP appointments, with the GP Hub.
There are pre bookable, online and on the day appointments available, also telephone advice as well.
Doctorlink is our new online service where you can access advice and appointments on line.
Registration is simple and you can register here:
The symptom checker will ask you a number of questions to help to identify your problem. The outcome of your assessment will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, nurse or self-care.
If your outcome indicates that an appointment is required, you can simply click on the ‘request appointment’ link. Once the request has been submitted, you will then be contacted by the practice team, to arrange an appointment within the identified timeframe (as outlined in the outcome of your symptom checker).
Greater Peterborough Network
You can request evening and weekend appointments in the GP Hub online through the greater Peterborough network website.
Did you know you can now book appointments online? Please speak to a receptionist if you would like to register for this service. If you are already registered, click on the Appointments Box to take you to the website where you can make a pre-bookable appointment with a doctor.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
The doctor can only see one person per consultation, and if you have multiple problems and feel you need a longer appointment, please mention this to the receptionist when booking.
Did Not Attend (DNA) Policy
If you have booked an appointment that you no longer require please telephone the surgery to cancel the appointment. The sooner you are able to cancel, the more likely it is that we can offer the appointment to someone else.
