The Willow Tree “run an appointment only system.” We offer the following to our patients
- Appointments can be booked by the telephone system on 01733 371452 from 8.30am for same day Telephone Appointment’s.
- Walk in appointments are also available from 8.30am – This is to book a same day Telephone Appointment
- Online Appointments – These are same day pre bookable telephone calls, we also offer direct bookable smears / flu / immunisations we can send a link for these to be pre booked into.
Once you have spoken to the clinician, if they need to see you Face to Face the clinician will book this for you.
Ways to request a appointment with the Surgery .
- Contact us on line – This is an online option that provides a simple triage of symptoms that comes through to the surgery admin team who then action these accordingly to the time frame given.
- You can also request medication, test results, ask about referral’s and letters you may like an update on.
- Pre bookable appointments – These can be booked in advanced via telephone or by going on line and pre booking an appointment . These appointments are with the GP’s in the Surgery and we have a set amount of appointments released a month. If you cannot see any straight away to be booked please keep checking as we get cancellations and these are then released back to be booked on line.
- To have access to appointments on line – Please Come into the surgery and ask reception to provide you with username and login details for Systeone on line access
We Can also offer Evening and Weekend Appointments in with GP HUB
They offer a variety of appointments with GP’s, Nurses, HCA, – These can be offered to you by the surgery and you can also pre book by going on the Cambridge and Peterborough GP hub
